1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CricWa, including the website at cricwa.com and the WhatsApp-delivered cricket alerts service (together, the "Service"). By signing up at cricwa.com, sending START on WhatsApp, authorising a payment or subscription mandate, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CricWa is an information service that delivers curated live cricket match alerts on WhatsApp. Users select matches and event types, and CricWa sends only those events as WhatsApp messages during the selected matches. CricWa is offered as a single subscription plan at ₹100 per month (inclusive of GST where applicable), covering every supported match, all alert presets, all supported languages, and multiple teams and tournaments. The subscription is billed monthly via Razorpay until cancelled.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe, since a paid subscription is a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
  • You must have a valid WhatsApp account on the mobile number you provide.
  • You must comply with the WhatsApp Terms of Service and applicable Indian law.
  • If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

4. Account and Subscription

  • Subscriptions are managed through WhatsApp commands such as START, STOP, PAUSE, RESUME, CHANGE, and HELP. The full command reference is available in the in-bot HELP response.
  • You are responsible for keeping your phone number and WhatsApp account secure. If you change numbers, please update us by emailing [email protected] so we can transfer your subscription.
  • Each paid subscription is for personal, non-commercial use on the registered WhatsApp number. Resale, sharing, or auto-forwarding is not permitted (see Section 7).

5. Service availability and accuracy

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or the timely delivery of any particular alert. Cricket data is sourced from third parties and may contain errors, delays, or omissions. You should not rely on CricWa as the sole source of match information for any critical decision, including any betting or fantasy decision.

6. Pricing, payments, and billing

The current price is ₹100 per month, inclusive of GST where applicable. All amounts are in Indian Rupees. We may revise prices on at least 14 days' notice via WhatsApp or email; existing subscribers will continue at the previously agreed price for their current billing cycle, and any increase will apply only from the next renewal after notice.

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay"), a payment aggregator licensed by the Reserve Bank of India. Supported payment methods include UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and select wallets, subject to availability on Razorpay. By submitting a payment, you authorise CricWa, via Razorpay, to charge the agreed amount to your selected instrument and you confirm that you are authorised to use that instrument.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly using a recurring payment mandate (UPI AutoPay, e-mandate on cards, or equivalent). The first charge occurs at sign-up; subsequent charges occur on the same day each month. We will send a renewal reminder before each charge as required by RBI guidelines. If a charge fails, we will retry once or twice and then suspend paid features until payment is updated; we will notify you on WhatsApp.

Tax invoices are available on request via WhatsApp (reply INVOICE) or by emailing [email protected]. Please provide your GSTIN at sign-up if you require an input tax credit invoice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, scrape, or systematically extract CricWa alerts.
  • Auto-forward CricWa messages to bulk or paid recipients, or to broadcast lists.
  • Use the Service in a way that violates the WhatsApp Terms of Service or Meta Commerce Policy.
  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes, including payment fraud, chargeback fraud, or use of stolen instruments.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate access (including any paid subscription, without refund of the current cycle) for any user who violates these provisions or who triggers abuse signals on the WhatsApp Business Platform (such as a high block or report rate).

8. Refunds and cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp, by emailing [email protected], or by cancelling the mandate from your bank or UPI app. Cancellation stops future debits immediately. Refund eligibility for already-charged periods is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Service delivery

CricWa is a digital service delivered exclusively over WhatsApp; there is no physical shipment. After successful payment, paid features are activated on your WhatsApp number typically within 5 minutes and at the latest within 24 hours. If activation does not happen within 24 hours, please contact us; we will activate manually or refund in full.

10. Intellectual Property

CricWa, the CricWa wordmark, and the contents of cricwa.com (excluding third-party trademarks and licensed cricket data) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

11. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including the WhatsApp Business Platform (via a Business Solution Provider), Razorpay (payments), hosting providers, and cricket data providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to the activity they perform. We do not guarantee their services and are not responsible for their downtime, errors, or changes. 12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CricWa, designbyteena.com, and our team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the Service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

Betting and fantasy sports disclaimer. CricWa is an information service. We do not provide tips, predictions, or recommendations for betting, fantasy sports, or any other wagering activity. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on CricWa alerts, including financial losses arising from such decisions. You are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding gambling and fantasy sports.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CricWa, designbyteena.com, and our personnel from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any chargeback you initiate without first contacting us in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms, the WhatsApp Business Policy, or applicable law, or if continuing to serve you would put our WhatsApp account quality at risk. We may also terminate or modify the Service at our discretion, with at least 14 days' notice for paid subscribers and a pro-rata refund of any unused portion of the current billing cycle.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify subscribers via WhatsApp or email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Affiliations and trademarks

CricWa is an information service. We are not affiliated with the BCCI, ICC, IPL, any cricket board, any team, Meta, WhatsApp, or Razorpay beyond the technical relationships described in these Terms. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. CricWa does not facilitate betting or fantasy sports and is not responsible for any decisions users make based on the alerts.
