Use this email for billing questions, refund requests, account changes, privacy and DPDP Act requests, partnership enquiries, and bug reports. Please email from the address or WhatsApp number associated with your account so we can verify you quickly.
Response times
- Support hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST.
- Acknowledgement: within 1 working day.
- Refund requests: acknowledged within 2 working days, processed within 5–7 working days once approved (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).
- Privacy / DPDP grievances: acknowledged within 1 working day, resolved within 30 days.

What we don't do
- We don't sell your number or share it for marketing.
- We don't make outbound calls. If someone calls claiming to be CricWa, it isn't us.
- We don't ask for OTPs, card numbers, or passwords on WhatsApp or email. Payment data is collected only on Razorpay's secure checkout.
